Description

The contractor shall provide all materials, parts, supplies, equipment, transportation, tools, management, skilled labor and associated activity required to provide preventative maintenance and repair of elevators, including annual safety inspections at Keesler AFB, MS During the period of 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the appropriate ANSI/ASME (American National Standard Institute/American Society of Mechanical Engineers) A-17.1, A-17.2, and A-17.3 (most current edition) and commercial practices. Specific maintenance tasks performed shall be IAW the procedures outlined by the respective elevator manufacturer. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 333921. All prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Estimated issue date of this Solicitation, # FA3010-06-T-0058 is August 10, 2006. Proposals are due NLT 3:00 pm, CST, on Thursday,August 31, 2006 . The solicitation will be available for download via Fed Biz opps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
