Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-0163. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect t hrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113. The Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314-5611, has a requirement for one NEOPROBE 2000 GAMMA DETECTION DEVICE CONTROL UNIT WITH ACCESSORY CASE, AC POWER CORD, 14MM PROBE CABLE, 14MM EXTERNAL COLLIMATOR, 14MM PROBE, ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALTY TRAINING. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The services shall be performed at Winn Army Community Hospital, Medical Supply Officer, ATTN: Ms. Patricia Thacker, Bldg P302 Fort Stewart, Georgia, 31314-5611 .
