Description: The Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC intends to renew a full service maintenance agreement on the following Agfa Corporation digital radiology system items: 1 each Drystar 5500, S/N 3438; 1 each CR 25.0 Digitizer, S/N 1319; 1 each CR 25.0 Digitizer, S/N 1318; 1 each ADC CR Dell Precision QS Se, S/N 82BSC1J; and 1 each ADC CR Dell Precidsion QS Se, S/N JWHNC1J. The period of performance will be 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. The government intends to procure this maintenance service on a sole source basis from Agfa Corporation, 100 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660-2199. Agfa Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment. See numbered note 22.
