Description

Contractor shall provide labor, materials, & equipment as required to remodel the existing unfinished basement area below Urgent Care to accommodate the Library and Maintenance Shops.  After the Maintenance shops are relocated to the remodeled area, the old M&O space will be remodeled to accommodate the Mailroom. Work includes demolition, general construction, mechanical, and electrical work. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 236220 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available after 8/17/06. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 bid package fee. Request for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, along with bid package fee to VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, Attn: Rich Hague (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm local time on 9/19/06 in Building 5 Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205.
