Description

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Subsistence Directorate intends to solicit for Prime Vendor support for the following two Zones: Zone 1: State of Idaho: Mountain Home Air Force Base (Wagon Wheel Dining Facility, Flight Kitchen, Hospital Food Service and Mountain Home Air National Guard. Zone 2: State of Oregon: United States Coast Guard Steadfast, United States Coast Guard Alert, United States Coast Guard Yaquina Bay, United States Coast Guard Rush, United States Coast Guard Active, Portland Air Force Inns, Portland Air National Guard and USDA Forest Service Wolf Creek Job Corp Center; require various amounts of subsistence items from the 8900 Federal Catalog or their commercial equivalents. Items to be delivered approx. 30 days after date of award through 23 months thereafter. Three (3) successive option periods consisting of 18 months, 12 months, and 18 months are available under this acquisition. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Also, the contract(s)will be awarded to a Prime Vendor using Tradeoff Procedures. Offerors must be able to interface with the Government's established translation package, and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. Customers will be provided delivery on a "Just in Time" basis. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the new DLA-BSM DIBBS website.
