PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside under Request for Quotation No. 2006-Q-08926. The NAICS is 213111 with a size standard of 500 employees.. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NIOSH, Lake Lynn Laboratory, 2546 Springhill Furnace Road, Rt 857, Lake Lynn, PA 15451 has a requirement for Drilling and Completion of Directionally Drilled Boreholes. NOTE: This pre-solicitation site is being utilized to complement the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued 8/2/2006 as 2006-Q-08926. This site will be utilized to upload the actual solicitation document which includes the Statement of Work, drawings, and Service Contract Act wage determination. All future postings of amendments will be posted at this site.
