- Base wide HVAC Duct Cleaning Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), project number F2Q3656192A2. Furnish material, equipment, and labor to perform all operations necessary for the Cleaning of HVAC Ducts at Langley AFB, VA as an IDIQ contract with a base year plus two option years. The work may include, but is not limited to, all necessary labor, tools, equipment, supervision, materials, and transportation necessary to perform complete HVAC duct system cleaning at Langley AFB, VA. This work covers all air conveyance systems in the buildings. It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine the full scope of work associated with each delivery order awarded under this IDIQ. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of visible surface contaminants and deposits from within the HVAC system in strict accordance with NADCA Standards. All work involved in this contract will be issued as needs are identified via Delivery Orders. This project will result in a single award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. NAICS code is 561790. The size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will be for a base plus two option years. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation issue and solicitation opening dates are tentatively set for 18 Aug 06. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS252.204-704, Requirement Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make the offeror ineligible for award. Requirement of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) lack of registration in ORCA will make the offeror ineligible for award.
