- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicita tion; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request For Quotation (RFQ), W15P7T-06-Q-N019. The number of employees is 750 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220. The U.S. Army intends to procure 30 each of NSN 5820-01-069-4081, Mixer Stage Frequency Assembly, P/O AN/GRC-103 Radio Set. Description Quantity NSN 5820-01-069-4081, Mixer Stage Frequency Assembly, P/O AN/GRC-103 Radio Set Shipments are to be FOB Destination. The 30 Mixer Stage Frequency Assembly, P/O AN/GRC-103 Radio Set and any supporting documentation are to be shipped to the following location: XR Defense Dist Depot Tobyhanna HAP ARNOLD BLVD Tobyhanna, Pa. 18466-5105 Delivery shall be within 120 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be Military Packaging, Level of Packing B in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1. All markings are in accordance with MIL-STD-129. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest, responsive quotation, and is deemed acceptable and responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Offerors must submit quotations on the full quantity identified. The Contract ing Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. Offers are to be received within 15 days of the posting of this COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.
