Description: HQ AMC/A3DS has a requirement for maintenance and support services to currently deployed Combat Track II (CTII) and Airborne Broadcast Intelligence (ABI) Systems; both systems are non-commercial, sole source manufactured and serviced by Boeing S&IS Mission Systems. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of HQ AMC/A3DS in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Boeing for this requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 19.502-2(a). This is not a request for competitive proposals.
