Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for comprehensive 7x24 Andrew File System technical support, a review of the USGS' AFS architecture and strategy review for the migration to Open AFS. This service is known to be available only from Sine Nomine because they possess the unique and essential qualifications to provide enterprise level support of the Open AFS application. The USGS intends to make an award to Sine Nomine unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer no later than 8/7/2006 with an affirmative answer.
