Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to have its Web pages monitored for customer access and activity and provide web site analytic software that accurately reflects the demographic model of the US internet users throughout the nation. This product/service is known to be available only from NetRatings, Inc. The USGS intends to make an award to NetRatings, Inc. unless it is contacted by another vendor who believes they can provide the same product/service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer at spescitani@usgs.gov no later than 08/14/2006 with an affirmative answer.
