Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This requirement is being solicited on a full and open competitive basis. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 size standard of $6.5M. The solicitation for this requirement is HM1575-06-T-0013. Requirement being solicited ?Facility for Diversity Conference in accordance with the following Statement of Work: Diversity Summit August 28-1 September 2006 Subject: Facility for NGA Diversity Summit Dates of Summit: 28 August-1 September 2006 28 August 2006 check-in for out of town attendees (35) No Meals. Summit to start on 29 August 2006 @ 0830 ODE requires the following for the Diversity Summit for 70 attendees: ?Conference planner to attend to details throughout the event ?Location should be within 50 miles commuting distance from St. Louis. ?Single occupancy guest rooms with bath for 35 participants on 28 Aug, 70 participants on 29 & 30 Aug, 35 participants on 31 Aug. ?Facility should offer all-inclusive package to cover meals, break snacks, lodging, parking facility and equipment rental ?Full service dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site(total of eight meals) for 70 participants and 10 meals for 35 participants (dinner on 31 Aug & breakfast on 1 Sep) ?Facility should provide a variety of food menus to meet all dietary needs ?Facility must be ADA compliant for participants who are physically challenged ?General meeting room should hold 70 people with comfortable chairs and moveable tables that should be setup to accommodate 6-8 participants ?Provide a separate area for a banquet (70 people) on 30 August with podium and microphone ?Summit may involve more than 1 meeting occurring simultaneously in separate rooms ?Two additional break-out rooms should be set-up to accommodate 20-35 participants. ?Meeting rooms must be accessible in the evening until at least 8 p.m. for the entire summit ?Business Center must be available for faxing, copying, and PC on-site ?A/V equipment with on-site tech support-TV/VCR/DVD, LCD projector, screen, power cords, and AV table in general meeting room only. ?Podium with microphone in general meeting area only ?Ability to post/tape easel charts on the walls and leave overnight Propose one package price for this procurement.The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
