- Description
- Services for the packing and crating and un-crating and unpacking of personal property and household goods belonging to Department of Defense personnel and services for intra-city and intra-area moves. Period of performance: 1 August 2001 through 31 December 2001 with one option period from 1 January 2002 through 31 December 2002. The place of performance is divided into 5 areas. Proposals will be accepted on individual areas or on multiple areas. Award will be made on individual areas or on multiple areas. Area 1: Yuba County, Sutter County, Butte County, Nevada County, and Placer County. Area 2: Colusa County, Glenn County, Lake County, Mendocino County, Plumas County, Tehama County, Sierra County. Area 3: Humboldt County, Del Norte County, Modoc County, Trinity County, Shasta County, Siskiyou County, and Lassen County. Area 4: Stanislaus County, Merced County, Madera County, Mariposa County, and Tuolumne County. Area 5: Curry County, Oregon; Jackson County, Oregon; Josephine County, Oregon; Klamath County, Oregon. The solicitation will be 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The applicable Small Business Size Standard, based on the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code of 488991 (Packing and Crating), is $18,500,000 annual gross income. The Invitation For Bid, F04666-01-B-0001, will be issued on the Internet at www.eps.gov on or about 9 July 2001. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award. The web site for CCR is www.ccr2000.com.
