- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for a complete purchase and installation of a video surveillance system to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. The recommended items are Spectra III Dome Camera (3 EA), Pended Mount and Pole Attachment (3 EA), Camera Power Supply (4 EA), 16 X 2 Matrix Controller (1 EA), Keyboards Controller (1 EA), Part Number PE-PMC21A 21” High Resolution Video Monitor (1 EA), Part Number PE-MX4016CD VDR Recorder 16 Channel Simplex 120 GB Storage (1 EA), Wireless Video Transmission Link Systems (3 UN), Test Equipment, Microwave Radio Heads with 9” Antennae, Mounting Brackets with Power Supplies (3 UN), Installation Parts, cable, electrical systems, and relocation of camera (1 EA), Racking: Video Link Equipment (2 EA). Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability of the above listed items will be accepted. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 561621 with a size standard of $10,500,000. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) 19 September 2002. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
