Description

Pursuant to Amendment No. 00001, dated 16 Sep 03: A: All Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by completing Items 8 and 15 and returning one copy to this issuing office via fax # 530-634-3404. B. The offer due date is NOT extended. C. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a complete list of specific supplies required by the end user to read as follows: ITEM # 1) Light: Shiva-sv 200, 3 ea; 2) Light: Spinmaster III, 3 ea; 3) Light: Mojo Scan III GEMS 3, 3 ea; 4) Light: Pilot 150, 3 ea; 5) Light: Pilot 300, 3 ea; 6) Light: Rotoloco, 2 ea; 7) Flexilight Lane Kit per Cap, 7 ea; 8) Light: Black Light Strobe 4 DMX, 15 ea; 9)Wire: DMX 500 ft spool, 1 ea; 10) DMX plug, female, 33 ea; 11) DMX plug, male, 33 ea; 12) Light controller, PP DMX, 1 ea; 13) Light Controller, DMX Operator 2, 1 ea; 14) Labor costs (Not to Exceed 48 hrs.); 15) Transportation Costs. Please state agreement to FOB Destination terms if possible. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-SEP-2003).
