To be placed on the bidders mailing list, please fax or email a request to Lt Damon Coon. Your request should include your company name, address, telephone number, point of contact, fax number, and e-mail address. Phone requests will not be honored. A complete copy of the solicitation package with drawings will be available for viewing in the lobby of our contracting building. When issued the solicitation package with the specifications will be available for download as a zipped compressed files. A free copy of Winzip can be obtained from http://www.winzip.com/winzip/download.htm, once unzipped, all files are word documents. Any changes to solicitation documents or specifications will render them invalid. Bids containing any changes will be rejected. .
