Description

SIC code 3648, Lighting Equipment “Cosmic” Bowling Center Lighting Package This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04666-03-Q-V069 is issued as a Request for Quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Description: Complete “Cosmic” Bowling Lane Lighting Package to include delivery and installation. The following components are the desired items. “Or Equal” products may be offered but must be approved as being technically acceptable by the end-user. LIGHT SHIVA - SV 200, 3 ea LIGHT SPINMASTER III, 3 ea LIGHT MOJO SCAN III GEMJC 3, 3 ea LIGHT PILOT 300, 3 ea LIGHT ROTOLOCO, 2 ea FLEXILIGHT LANE KIT PER CAP, 7 ea LIGHT BLACK LIGHT STROBE 4 DMX, 15 LIGHT CONTROLLER PP DMX, 1 ea LIGHT CONTROLLER DMX OPERATOR 2, 1 ea All Associated Labor to be furnished by the contractor to install these components. Quotes must account for incidental wiring, connectors, and other consumables. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
