Description

The original synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation N00140-06-Q-2555 dated 2 August 2006 is amended as follows: DELETE: “Award will be made to the responsible quoter that conforms to all solicitation requirements with the lowest price.” INSERT: “52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of quoters, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors - a determination of responsibility and technically acceptable low priced quoter.” NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-AUG-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
