Description

The John D Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with O.R. Solutions, 3901 Centerview Drive, Suite L, Chantilly, VA 20151. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of a Hush-Slush machine used to freeze saline. Notice was posted in GSA e-buy and there were no responses. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service internet address: http://www.gover/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted to later then August 10, 2006 at l:00P.M. local time.. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
