- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-06-Q-0021 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11. This is a restricted purchase for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310. CLIN 0001- ASSEMBLED WALK IN REFRIGERATOR, REFRIGERATOR WILL BE LOCATED OUTDOORS IN DESERT TYPE ENVIRONMENT, ABLE TO WITH STAND HIGH TEMPERATURES AND BLOWING SAND, INTERIOR LIGHTING, MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF INSIDE DIMENSIONS ARE 25FT(L) X 10FT(H) X 11FT (W), WALLS, DOORS, AND FLOORING FULLY INSULATED, THE REFRIGERATION MACHINERY REMOTE AIR COOLED WITH OUTDOOR WEATHER HOUSINGS AND LOW AMBIENT CONTROLS IN THE CONDENSING UNITS, 30 TO 35F OPERATING TEMPERATURE, QTY: 3 EACH CLIN 0002- ASSEMBLED WALK IN FREEZER, FREEZER WILL BE LOCATED OUTDOORS IN DESERT TYPE ENVIRONMENT, INTERIOR LIGHTING, ABLE TO WITH STAND HIGH TEMPERATURES AND BLOWING SAND, MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF INSIDE DIMENSIONS ARE 25FT(L) X 10FT(H) X 11FT (W), WALLS, DOORS, AND FLOORING FULLY INSULATED, THE REFRIGERATION MACHINERY REMOTE AIR COOLED WITH OUTDOOR WEATHER HOUSINGS AND LOW AMBIENT CONTROLS IN THE CONDENSING UNITS, R-404A REFRIGERANT AND -10F OPERATING TEMPERATURE, QTY: 1 EACH CLIN 0003-SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION CHARGES ABOARD THE MARINE AIR GROUND TRAINING COMMAND, CAMP WILSON TRAINING AREA, TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA, INSTALLATION WILL INCLUDE ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, EQUIPMENT WILL BE PLACED ON EXISTING CONCRETE SLABS, QTY: 1 LOT CLIN 0004- DISASSEMBLE COST, TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DISASSEMBLY. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISASSEMBLING THE THREE (3) REEFERS AND ONE (1) FREEZER CURRENTLY LOCATED AT THESE LOCATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSABLE.
