- Description: This represents a preliminary market research for the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Campbell, Kentucky seeking to identify qualified and responsible offerors who are capable of providing a Resource Efficiency Manager. This individua l will be responsible for development of a site-specific installation energy savings plan and implementation of that plan. Specifically, the individual will be responsible for development of energy awareness program, energy accounting and rate analysis, e nergy audits & project development, providing support to utility privatization and other potential energy programs, soliciting rebates and grants for energy projects, etc. Additionally, the individual must have 5 years of experience within the last 7 year s in the actual execution of energy accounting, utility rate analysis, energy audits, and energy project development. Respondents shall provide their ability to provide a Resource Efficiency Manager as outlined above as well as provide name and address of firm, size of business, average annual revenue for the past three years and number of employees; type of business: Hubzone, Woman owned, Service Disabled Veteran, 8(a), etc., and past performance documentation of same/similar work described herein. The preliminary market research results gathered under this survey will be used for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents WILL NOT be n otified of the results of the evaluation. This Is Not a Solicitation; therefore, Do Not Request a Copy of the Solicitation. If and when a solicitation is issued it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondents responsibility to monitor th is site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 541618 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million.
