- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, FA4861-06-Q-B018, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The NAICS code for this is 443112. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $8.0 million. This RFQ is being submitted as a restricted solicitation open to small businesses only. This is a solicitation for commercial items. Requirement: NOTE: A site visit will be conducted at 0900 on 16 August, 2006 at Nellis, AFB.
