Description

The Tennessee Army National Guard has a requirement for a Flat Rate Copier Lease for the period of 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with three (3) one-year options. This acquisition is unrestricted. The Government intends to award a Blanket P urchase Agreement as a result of this solicitation to the Offeror who provides the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Proposal. Evaluations shall be made on price and technical evaluation factors which, when combined are approximately equal in importanc e. Technical evaluation factors are: 1. Proposed copiers meet minimum specifications as detailed in the statement of work for each volume band; 2. Proposed copiers are capable of copying, faxing, scanning, and document server functions. 3. Proposed copier s are CAC card capable and will operate in a Windows XP environment. 4. Proposed copiers are network capable and can be managed from a central server terminal. 5. Copier proposal includes unlimited moves at no additional cost to the Government. 6. Copier M anagement and Print Management Software functionality and ease of use. Proposals are due on 25 August 2006 not later than 4:30 PM Central Standard Time to the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee (USPFO-TN), 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, T N 37204. The proposal shall contain descriptive literature for each copier band and should describe the Offerors approach to meeting the requirements of the statement of work.
