Description: The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Documentum Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, Mclean, VA 22102. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The procurement is for the purchase of compatible software to support the JWICS development.
