PRON: AX6F0355AX, Noun: Connecting Link, Rigid, NSN: 3040-01-102-6053, PN: 70101-08003-102, Quantity: 141 each minimum/2,105 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each, 414 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completio n. The First Article Test Report is due 264 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 50 each, 276 DACA and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to TEK Precision Co . Ltd., Cage Code 65780, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required i tem described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solici tation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
