Description: Contractor will furnish all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supplies necessary to extend the Oxbow Boat Launch in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings for this project. The existing concrete launch is not long enough. Bottom concrete slabs must be replaced and new slabs will be installed to extend the length. The boat launch is located at Colorado River Mile 100, just south of Palo Verde, California. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors wanting to bid on the solicitation will need to contact Ken Barborak at 602-417-9328 or email at ken_barborak@blm.gov for specifications and drawings. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply. Solicitation will be issued on or about September 17, 2006.
