Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Protestant Religious Education Director services as required by the Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek Chapel's Command Religious Program. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8661 and the NAICS Code is 813110. The resulting contract will be from 01 December 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall submit a resume with his offer identifying his current and previous positions. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm or http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Interested parties should provide their CAGE Code and FAX number. Written or facsimile requests will be accepted.
