Description

For the procurement of G1602BA, Single Instrument CE ChemStation 32 bit includes Capillary Electrophoresis, instument, HP/Compaq PC with Windows XP, HP 17" TFT Flat panel monitor, HP LaserJet Printer and CE software; configuration: High Sensitivity cell for CE installation (44K), Familiatrization at Installation (44L), 1 Year SW Upgrade/Phone Assist (44W), 1 Year PC Repair Recovery Service (OTP), G1600-60002, Capilary cassette for HP 3DCE instrument, and 2140-0585, Deuterium lamp for CE for AFRL/HEFW , Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio NAICS Code 334516, and Size Standard 500. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of product for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Agilent Technologies, 2850 Centerville Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of theissuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
