Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources for an HVAC upgrade project at the J.M. Jones Federal Building in Amarillo, Texas. This project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing chiller, cooling tower, etc.; furnishing and installing a new chiller, cooling tower, etc.; and upgrading existing EMC system. This project will be awarded utilizing source selection procedures and the awardee will be responsible for performing at least 45% of the total amount of work. The performance period is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $12 Million. NOTE: THE SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE; AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY SEEKING POTENTIAL SOURCES.
