Description: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the Department of Defense Medical School for the Military, intends to award on a sole source basis to Nature Publishing Group, utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302.1. To the best of the Contracting Officer?s knowledge, Nature Publishing Group is the only source for the Nature Journal Backfiles (Archive) 1950 ? 1986 and the Nature Journal Backfiles (Archive) 1987 ? 1997. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. However, if a vendor has reason to believe it can meet or exceed all the University?s requirement, it may submit documentation to the POC by September 4, 2006 to support it?s claim.
