- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center (FMC), Devens, MA intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Johnson Controls, Lynfield, MA 01940. FMC Devens intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance wiht FAR 13.3, Simplified Acquisition Methods and 6.302-1 only one responsible source and on other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FMC Devens has a need for an up-grade of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system at FMC Devens. This will include converting 5 metasys 3000 series network control modules (NCM300) to Ethernet based protocol units. Finish and install (2) communication fiber modems. Furnish and install (2) metasys operator workstations including (2) PMI software upgrades, Rev 12.04. Configure matasys PMI software and restore network database. This will include a one year warranty. THE INTENT OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, HOWEVER; ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED BY 4:00P.M.
