- SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide services necessary for operating a Cyber Recruiting Program for the Cyber Re cruiting Division, US Army Recruiting Command USAREC, Fort Knox, Kentucky, to include support in the following areas: 1 Provide oversight for all tactical level virtual recruiting operations for both officer and enlisted programs in the Regular Army and Ar my Reserve. 2 Develop, implement, test, measures and evaluate all virtual technology-driven) recruiting efforts. 3 Lead generation and refinement. 4 Facilitate all web-based recruiting solutions tied to GoArmy.com. 5 Provide a host of web-based services which communicates in at least three foreign languages and manage information in close to real time. 6 Conduct Sergeant Major of the Army Recruiting Team (SMART) Program Operations for the Sergeant Major of the Army (SMA) Recruiting Program. 7 Provide o versight for SMART operations to include database management, email operations, statistical analysis, and customer service for users worldwide. 8 Create a database to track and maintain/archive data that correlates matches and authenticates referrals for S MA and possible Chief of Staff Army recognition. 9 Create reports and prepare trend analysis. 10 Provide formal training, training packages or train-the-trainer packages for new or changing equipment, software and business processes. 11 Evaluate associated software, business processes, tracking, and control and follow up procedures to measure effectiveness. 12 Operate Online Army Medical (AMEDD) Recruiting Program. 13 Operate Online Spanish Recruiting Program. 14 Operate Online Army Job Postings Program. 15 Maintain and update the database of current Military Occupation Specialties (MOS) for Internet job sites purchased by the US Government. 16 Provide qualified, bilingual employees who can read, write and speak Spanish; and have a command of the English lan guage (reading, writing, and verbal). 17 Operate Online Foreign Language Recruiting Program. 18 Operate/Moderate On-Line Specialty Chat. 19 Provide qualified employees, based on subject area, to conduct specialty chat operations. Specialty chat includes, but is not limited to, Special Forces, select officer recruiting (to include OCS, WOFT, medical and Chaplain programs) and event support (NHRA & NASCAR). (20) Provide oversight for Blue to Green (BTG) Recruiting Program and operations to include database management, email operations, statistical analysis, and customer service for users worldwide. (21) Operate a Future Soldier Center (FSC), supporting recruiters in the field, with FS retention. (22) Provide web-based Q & A, chat, email and training for FS and influencers. (23) Lead Refinement Operations, conduct refinement for all leads that are generated by the US Army and processed via automated systems through USAREC. (24)Utilize Excel or Access database systems to back up or augment the government sys tem. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS Code is 541618, size standards $6.5 million, Other Management Consulting Service Your response shall include the following information: size of company i.e., 8 a, Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all other s number of employees, relevant past performance on same similar work dating back three years, and your companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determi ne that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
