- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912JB-06-T-4023 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Fede ral Acquisition Circular 2005-11. (IV) This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The associated NAICS codes is 337214, standard industrial classification 2522, small business size 500. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The 127 Wing Michi gan Air National Guard has requirement for (Office) Systems Furniture. All Contract Line Items (CLINs) have a desired delivery time of 45 days ARO. Delivery will be FOB Destination and all cost associated with shipping will be included in price. Descript ion and specification requirements: CLIN 0001 Design of System Furniture, Design systems furniture and associated design requirements IN ACCORDANCE WITH the attached Statement of Work (SOW). CLIN 0002 System Furniture Cluster, Total number of system clusters purchased will be based on funds availability and price but will not exceed 36. Specify any quantity price breaks in quote.
