- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and replace culverts along with related road work in accordance with specifications and drawings. The project is located on the Bienville Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi, Smith, Scott, and Jasper Counties in Mississippi. This solicitation is set-aside for and small business and will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor is to complete the project within 40 calendar days. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on the initial offer. A 100% payment bond is required prior to beginning construction. This solicitation will be available for download on or about August 28, 2006. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out.
