Description

This is a request for quotes (FIRE-BPA-07) for Blanket Purchase Agreements for Hydrostatic Testing of Fire Extinguishers for Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The Statement of Work and Price List are available on this website. This is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423990. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Period of Performance will be 5 years from the date of award. The Government anticipates awarding up to three (3) separate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The price list will be effective for a period of one year (unless otherwise annotated) and will be incorporated as part of the BPA. A new price list will be requested from the vendor on an annual basis. No partial quotes will be considered. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award. If your firm is not already registered in CCR or ORCA, go to www.bpn.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your offer must include the completed price list, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact.
