- Description
- The work will involve cutting a door through the north wall (CMU) of an existing control house at the Colorado River Locks, West Lock, and adding a bathroom facility on a concrete slab approximately 6 x 6 9 3/4 to include a toilet, sink and septic system. The outside of the bathroom facility will be hardiplank lap siding. The toilet will be connected to a new 300 gallon septic tank and drain field. The estimated completion time is 60 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is 5 September 2006. Quo tes are due 18 September 2006 @ 2:00 PM in Room 389C. The estimated cost range for this project is less than $25,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 236220. The Small Business Size Stand ard is $31 million and will be advertised, 100% HubZone Small Business Set-Aside . Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
