- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA, on behalf of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA, intends to award a sole source contract UNDER FAR PART 6.302 to Avaya Inc. dba Avaya Communications, Government Solutions Division, Arlington, VA for proprietary telephone equipment maintenance services at NPS Monterey. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for this procurement. The period of performance is separated by Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) as follows: Line Item 0001: twelve (12) months of Avaya Equipment Maintenance services for specific Avaya telephone system equipment at Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA for the period of performance 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007; Line Item 0002: four (4) months Avaya Equipment Maintenance services for material code 700059645X at Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA for the period of performance 23 May 2007 through 30 September 2007. NAICS Code 811213 and business size standard of $6.5M is applicable.
