Description: Lease of a horizontal baler for Environmental Compliance Branch, DPW, Fort Bragg, North Carolina during the period 15 September 2006 through 14 September 2006. The contractor will be responsible for transporting the baler to include initial set up a nd breakdown, servicing and training personnel on the proper handling of the baler. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 493190 and business size standard is $6 million. The resultant contr act will be a firm fixed price. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) as a condition of award. As a condition of receipt of this contract, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA).
