Description

The Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Office intends to award sole source contract to Northrop Grumman/Integic Corporation, 14585 Avion Parkway, Chantilly, VA 20151. FAR Part 6.302-1. Statutory authority for the sole source is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement is also in accordance with FAR Part 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The contract period will be a twelve month after contract award date. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Northrop Grumman Corporation/Integic Corporation provided the existing services and has proprietary rights to the software development. The Government requires additional maintenance support services for the ePower software license. This requirement is based on Subject to Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18).
