Description: TSA proposes to award a contract to ESi on a single source basis for WebEOC Enterprise Software. TSA purchased a license and software update subscription for WebEOC Professional under a previous contract. TSA currently seeks to upgrade to WebEOC Enterprise and purchase the associated software support. WebEOC is currently used for incident management by the TSOC watch floor. The software provides incident event tracking via a web interface that permits multiple users in multiple locations access to the view simultaneously. Additionally, it provides for customized reporting in formats that are used by operation centers and law enforcement.
