- Description
- This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Expected term of contract will be a base period of one year, from date of award, with four (4) one year optional periods. The total award shall not exceed 60 months. Rental/Lease of estimated maximum of three (3) laboratory coats, for 43 employees, for 60 months. Dry clean, Repair and/or Replacements as needed One week turnaround Inventory control Snap or Button Front Closure The Vendor will provide three (3) lab coats for each employee, one in use, one clean on the rack and one in for cleaning service. The vendor will pick-up soiled lab coats clean and repair or replace if needed; deliver and pick up lab coats on a weekly schedule. Lab coats will be white button up the front style with one breast pocket and two hip pockets. All lab coats will be tailored and ordered to fit the individual chemist for safety purposes. Lab coats will be marked to identify each employee. Deliver the coats to the Salt Lake Technical Center.
