Description

SUBJECT SOLICITATION FOR CLEANING OIL WATER SEPARATORS ON FORT DRUM, NY, IS HEREBY AMENDED FROM 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS TO UNRESTRICTED. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with the testing, cleaning, transporting and disposal of non-hazardous/hazardous waste material, contained in oil water separators in various facilities at Fort Drum, NY. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. The resultant contract will be a five year Firm Fixed-Pr ice Requirements type contract. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 562998 with a size standard of $6.5 million.
