- INDUSTRY: A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) (W911S0-06-R-0018) will be issued for industry comments the week of 11 Sep 06. The requirement is anticipated to be a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) contract; services to be performed at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Ft Polk, LA. The NAICS code assigned to the acquisition is 611699 (All other miscellaneous schools and instruction Survival Training) with a corresponding small business size standard of $6.5M. The contractor shall provide techn ical, administrative, and operational services in support of JRTC Operations Group. The JRTC holds approximately ten (10) training rotations per year. The contractor shall provide continuous sequential scenario exercise planning, developing, and coordin ating and will assist the JRTC in execution of rotations; provide plans and support documents; provide Data Management of all Rotational Training data including, but not limited to, collection analysis and development of feedback; provide Battlefield Effec t replication and direct Fire Marking support; provide audiovisual and photographic support; provide equipment warehousing and issuance of MILES equipment; and provide personnel for role players as civilians on the battlefield. We are seeking industry co mments regarding our proposed acquisition approach. Specifically, we would like comments regarding our proposed evaluation criteria including the subcontracting goals. SMALL BUSINESSES: In addition, for the purpose of Small Businesses, the North America n Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 (all other miscellaneous schools and instruction Survival Training), with a size standard of $6.5M. Capability statements shall contain the following information: (1) size of company (i.e. 8(a), H UBZone, WOSB, SB, VOSB, SDB, SDVOSB, or all others); (2) number of employees; (3) revenue for the past three (3) years; and (4) documentation of relevant past performance or past experience on same/similar work dating back not more than three (3) years. Offeror responses shall not exceed five (5) pages front and back (or ten (10) pages single-sided) - standard 8 ? X 11 pages using not less than 10-pitch font -- and shall describe the offerors technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offerors ability to successfully perform the services described above. In dustry comments shall be submitted via e-mail to Debi Brown on or before 26 Sep 2006, 2:00 P.M. RFP number W911S0-06-R-0018 shall be referenced in the subject line of e-mail traffic for both Small Business responses and Industry comments. All comments on the terms and conditions of this procurement shall be submitted in writing, via electronic format only, to the Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC), ATTN: Debi Brown.
