Description

We have a requirement for Theoretical Studies and Engineering Research in support of the Navy, Air Force, and Army at White Sands Missile Range. We anticipate awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts utilizing fixed price and cost reimbursable type task orders with performance period of 10 years and guaranteed minimum quantities of $50,000.00 to at least three contractors restricted to one HBCU/MI, one Small Business and one full and open. Award will be made to the co ntractor whose overall proposals represent the best value to the Government. This requirement is being solicited using the Advisory milti-step procedures found under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.202. An explanation of this process and informat ion you need to submit in response to this notice are located on our Webpage http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. The submissions of the first step (Phase 1) must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2006 at 10:00 am MDT to Hortensi a Tellez at tellezhe@wsmr.army.mil. The assigned NAICS Code is 541710, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The government does not intend to award a contract based solely on the submission to this request, nor does it intend to pay for any costs inc urred as a result of this announcement.
