Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Reimel Machine, Willow Grove, PA for a replacement steering knuckle kit for the A/S37A-3 Shipboard MEPP. The Government does not have the data rights for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
