Description

Added on 8-31-06: This posting was previously posted under U. S. Army Live Virtual Constructive (L-V-C) Integrated Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS). The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training & Instrumentation (PEO-STRI) in conjunction with NAVAIR Orlando, Training Systems Division, is issuing a solicitation for contractor operation, maintenance, life cycle sustainment, and supply support of U.S. Army and non-Army training devices located worldwide. This program has been designated "U.S. Army Warfighter Field Operation Customer Support (Warfighter FOCUS) Life Cycle Contractor Support" A Fixed-Price Award Fee contract is the acquisition strategy. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using full and open competition with contract award based on a best value "trade-off analysis". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Class Code is 541330. The size standard is $ 23 million average annual receipts in support of military weapon systems. This effort will commence 1 May 07. The RFP will be made available electronically at: http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/EBusiness/BusOps/Acquisitions on or about 31 Aug 06. A Pre-proposal Conference will be held in Orlando, FL on 12 Sep 06.
