- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial item procurement for the removal, supply and installation of a packaged air conditioning unit at buildings A-350 NAS Training Room and condensing unit coils at building 1332 Beach Patio. Bldg. A-350 The packaged A/C unit to be replaced is a ?Rheem? model # RSNC-036C 000, serial # 4253 F3288 8008, 3PH, 208/230 V, R-22, Heater kit model # RXPJ. The unit is roof mounted on a raised steel beam stand. The Contractor shall disconnect wiring, piping and duct, remove and dispose of the unit, install new either like or comparable unit and return system to a proper operating state. Install the new system with correctly sized filters. Bldg. 1332 The existing equipment is a ?Carrier Weathermaster Split System?. The unit has 2 circuits and is a model # 38AH-034-C510AA, serial # 2600F 13048, 208/230 V, R-22. The dual condensing coil has deteriorated and is in need of replacement. The Contractor shall disassemble the condensing unit remove the defective coils, install new coils with filter/driers, reassemble and return system to a proper operating state.
