Description

Overseas Bulk Procurement ? AFG/PAK, Program 1.1L: SP0600-05-R-0088-0004 for Diesel Fuel, (PAD) and Unleaded Gasoline Premium, (PAG). Quantity required for FOB Tank Truck delivery of PAD (2,715,000 U.S. Gallons, NSN: 9140-01-526-5493, specification: See Clause C16.30 MAR 2005) to Bagram AB, Afghanistan, and PAG (494,000 U.S. Gallons, NSN: 9130-01-526-4844, specification: See Clause C16.18-25 JAN 2005) to Kandahar AB, and Bagram AB, Afghanistan. The delivery period for both PAD and PAG is January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007 plus a 30 day carry over period. This solicitation will be available only on the World Wide Web http://www.desc.dla.mil on or about September 1, 2006. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers will not be accepted. Facsimile offers are authorized, 703-767-0488. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
