Description: The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, and maintenance of seized/forfeited vehicles in the District of Alaska. The vehicles will include production-seized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a one-year options. This solicitation is unrestricted. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. DJMS-07-06-M-001 will be issued on or before October 1, 2006. The response date is September 19, 2006.
