Description

This is NOT a solicitation announcement and does not constitute any commitment. This special notice is to identify, for SAIC on behalf of the government, potential qualified firms that manufacture or distribute or resell giant voice system (GVS). Vendor responses will be used by SAIC to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Interested vendors shall identify their interest by registering their products at the SAIC Guardian Installation Protection Program (IPP) vendor Web Portal (http://www.guardian-tech.saic.com) prior to the closing date of this notice. SAIC will initiate a formal solicitation to be announced separately. SAIC, on behalf of the Guardian IPP Lite Program, intends to implement mass notification systems consisting of a giant voice system and a telephone alerting system. The GVS will be placed at various military installations across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Specifications are listed on SAIC?s web portal. Questions are directed to SAIC?s IPP web portal. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE GOVERNMENT.
